Agreement to Terms

By using the Team Wong Hawaii SMS listing search service or visiting chat-teamwonghawaii.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Team Wong Hawaii provides an AI-powered text message service that helps home buyers search for real estate listings in Hawaii. The Service searches the HiCentral MLS database and returns matching listings via SMS and a web-based map interface.

The Service is operated by:

• MRW LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company
• Michael Wong, Realtor (RB-23194), Hawaii Modern Realty

SMS Terms

By texting our number, you consent to receive text messages from Team Wong Hawaii regarding real estate listings.

• Message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your search activity
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance

We will not share or sell your mobile phone information with third parties or lead generators. Your phone number is used solely for providing our listing search service and agent communication.

Listing Data Disclaimer

Listing information is provided by HiCentral MLS, Ltd. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or by Team Wong Hawaii. All listings are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal.

The display of listings through the Service does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any property. Buyers should verify all information independently and consult with appropriate professionals before making any purchase decisions.

AI Assistant Disclaimer

The AI assistant ("Kai") is a technology tool designed to help you search listings. It is not a licensed real estate agent and cannot provide legal, financial, or professional real estate advice. For professional guidance, please contact Michael Wong directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically download MLS data
• Use MLS data for any purpose other than personal home search
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

MLS listing data is the property of HiCentral MLS, Ltd. and its participants. It is licensed for display through this Service under a Participant Data Access Agreement and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial home searching.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Team Wong Hawaii, MRW LLC, and Hawaii Modern Realty shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate listing data, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii.
